Unfortunately, the great variation in insurance policies, co-payments and deductibles makes it impossible for Jan to submit clients’ insurance forms for televideo visits.

Consultation and Fees
A lactation or parenting televideo evaluation and treatment plan is $75. This fee covers Jan ‘s review of your history form, televideo visit and a followup phone consultation. Contact Jan if you need a discounted fee.
